ᐅ Technical Specifications for the Ikea 365+ SÄNDA Power Supply Unit

ikea-opaThis can't be true:
Does anyone know the technical specifications of the 365 SÄNDA power supplies (ceiling connection)?
- 201.316.89
- 701.714.61
Why are such products allowed on the market without information on the maximum total wattage or the type of power supply (AC/DC)? This question arises because IKEA only offers relatively low-power LED bulbs, which then have to be purchased separately on the open market.
Maybe someone has this information.

IKEA-Freund3 Dec 2015 08:54Simply put: these are not power supplies, but just connectors for the rails. The specification states:
Best regards,
IKEA-Freund
Maximum load in a system consisting of one or more rails: 2200 W.The rails operate with mains voltage (230 V (230 volts)).
Best regards,
IKEA-Freund
Oh—did not receive an email about replies...
Thank you. My assumption: the documents currently available at IKEA for the track system and its components are still instructions made for the old halogen setup... not for the LED setup. 😱
Still, if this also applies to the LED setup: 230 volts (115 volts) run through the track to the spotlight. But the voltage must be reduced to 12 volts (12 volts) there, since the GU5.3 LED bulbs only use a few watts.
This means there has to be a transformer for the light source somewhere. The maximum wattage specifications would be helpful for this.
Background: I want to buy brighter LED bulbs than the 200 lumens (lm) (200 lumens) weak lights (the only ones IKEA sells for this, and nothing else). Around 600 lumens (600 lumens) should be achieved per spotlight.
Update: I figured it out myself in the meantime. The transformer is inside the spotlight, with a maximum of 20 watts (20 watts) per spotlight. :p

IKEA-Experte3 Dec 2015 18:05Hello, the transformer is inside the spotlight. Unfortunately, the power rating is missing. It’s best to ask IKEA via Facebook.
I already mentioned this... maximum 20 watts per spotlight. It also costs 25 EUR. IKEA should update their documents (on the website) to reflect current LED technology. Halogen is outdated.
Osram LED STAR MR16 50 36° 2700K LED 8W 621 lm A were ordered for 11.50 EUR each.
That clears things up.
Thanks to everyone.
