ᐅ Surveying Costs in Brandenburg

we have received an initial offer for the surveying (plot size 670m2 (7208 sq ft), net house floor area approx. 160m2 (1722 sq ft)):

• Official site plan €1392
• Project registration €348
• Rough staking out €348
• Fine staking out including elevation point €464
• Building survey for cadastral register €870
• Building survey for building authority €87
• Follow-up costs cadastral office €202.50

In total, just over €3700.

Even though the building survey and creation of the official site plan must be priced according to legal regulations, I would still like to ask about your costs in Brandenburg. From what I have read so far, the total price seems a bit high to me.

I cannot say anything about Brandenburg, but in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) you would be well within the normal range.

In Bavaria as well... although I can only comment on point 5. I didn’t need the rest.

Unfortunately, I can only provide figures for Saxony/Leipzig district. The tasks and activities were, of course, not compiled by me; these are the specifications from the prefabricated house manufacturer, which I passed on to the surveyor exactly as given.

I have not received the invoice yet. However, I also expect it to be around 4k.
