I would like to conduct a non-representative survey, just out of curiosity, to see what has been built in recent years and what is planned for construction soon.

Thank you very much for participating.

When it comes to kitchen cabinets, I believe you immediately, because usually the kitchen isn’t installed by the homeowner, and the installers know exactly how to fasten everything.
However, I’m not an installer, and regarding simplicity, as mentioned above, a wall that can accommodate a wide range of fastening materials is ideal.

OK, if there really are people building a house who can’t even buy a pack of the right wall anchors at the hardware store themselves (which usually last for years…), then you’re right. But in that case, you’d also have to consistently avoid all other materials… drywall cladding… oh, bad. Drywall partitions… very dangerous, wood…

Even if the right wall plug is in the house, you still have the human factor, who often doesn’t bother to read the installation instructions on the packaging!

You learn from mistakes, and when building a house, there are many opportunities to make them.

I want to use the “standard” or the fastening materials that usually come with furniture, for example.

I don’t think I have ever used the dowels provided with those. They usually look much more fragile compared to the Fischer variants.

But the attached picture illustrates this quite well. The Duopower and UX anchors can basically be installed into any material; unfortunately, their load-bearing capacities vary significantly.

We are using sand-lime brick for the interior walls and aerated concrete with a facing brick for the exterior. Our builder always constructs it this way, so I can’t select any options or see the results right now.
I’m already having a hard time.
