ᐅ Electric Planning Support for House Construction

Hey everyone,

I have been planning my house construction for some time now and have had the plans drawn up. Currently, I am working on the electrical layout and would appreciate any expertise, suggestions, or ideas you might have.

I am always open to comments and look forward to exchanging ideas with you all!

Could you share a bit more? Are you in a similar situation to @prm2021 in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundriss-planung-2-vollgeschosse-ca-130-140-qm-ohne-keller.39946/ (general contractor’s project manager incompetent, client relying on architectural self-help)?

This appears to be a reinforced concrete frame construction and, in Germany, it would have no chance of approval from an energy efficiency standpoint.

You are supposed to do that for him, of course 😉
Or better yet, someone who actually knows how to do it...

First, think about where you want power outlets, light switches, wall outlets, ceiling outlets, network connections, push buttons, and so on. This also depends a lot on where the furniture will be placed, the direction the doors open, and so forth. We can’t make those decisions for you 🙂

We can then discuss the results...

According to the label, Albania. I am not familiar with the regulations there. Probably not as strict as here?
