I am looking for interior roller blinds for the windows. They should only provide privacy but not block out the light. This means as much light as possible should come through. By privacy, I mean that from outside, for example, no details should be visible when I’m naked inside the apartment :p
I found a model that I know from my previous rental apartment. The good thing about it was the high adjustability. For example, you could cover only half of the window and have different levels of darkening.
However, I would prefer something with more style or higher quality. The blinds themselves were not bad but they don’t quite fit my interior or the style of the apartment.
Maybe you know of alternatives? Otherwise, I only found adhesive film, which I definitely don’t want, or blinds that block too much light.
The only views into the apartment come from neighbors who are about 10–15 meters (33–50 feet) away.
They should also be installation-friendly without drilling or anything similar. That means just stick them on and done. Then I could remove them after a few years if I want, leaving no permanent marks.
PS: What do I mean by stylish? I would prefer blinds made from natural materials, for example. I had hoped to find something made from bamboo or similar. Small gaps between the individual slats would not be a problem. However, most of these seem to block too much light.
