Hello everyone,
My wife and I are planning to buy an existing property soon, and I would like to get an initial assessment of whether an interior wall can be removed or not.
Specifically, it concerns the wall between the living room and the kitchen. I have already tried to find information online about the type of wall, and it seems to be made of lightweight aggregate concrete blocks.
To be clear, I am initially just looking for an estimate. A local structural engineer will definitely be hired if we decide to actually remove the wall.
I hope you can help me and wish you a pleasant rest of the weekend.
