Nanopixel8 Feb 2021 16:27Hello,
if anyone is somewhat familiar with this subject, please take a look at this short video showing the display of the device mentioned in the title.

I have added some comments in the video description.
I’m not an expert, but this behavior doesn’t seem right to me. Why am I even concerned and making a video about it? Because the rooms heated by the underfloor heating hardly get warm – but the plumber’s statement is “Everything is correct.”
Thank you in advance.

Alessandro9 Feb 2021 11:45Sounds like the mixing valve is constantly switching back and forth.
Do you have a buffer tank and a mixing valve?

Nanopixel9 Feb 2021 14:47Yes, exactly, buffer tank and mixer.
However, the back-and-forth operation is not the only issue. It frequently switches the pump off (in the video at minute 2:13), causing no flow in the underfloor heating for several minutes.
This cycle repeats endlessly: the pump runs for 2 minutes, then is off for 5 minutes.

Alessandro9 Feb 2021 15:04Can you set the pump to continuous operation?

I haven’t found anything like that in the menu on the display. And on the pump itself, there is only an adjustment knob with unclear symbols.
