Hello,
Now I’m running out of space with the power outlets. I ordered an induction cooktop Folklig and an oven Framtid and was shocked to find that there is only one outlet in the wall. Can both appliances be connected to the same circuit, or do they need separate ones?
It’s quite a hassle, and terrible if I now also have to get an electrician to install a new outlet for me!!!
Thanks in advance!!

They are two separate appliances. Otherwise, the oven could not be installed at eye level in a different location.
If a 3-phase alternating current with 3 x 16 A is available in the connection box, both appliances can be connected there.
I hope you noticed that many models are being heavily discounted in some houses. For example, the OV9 with pyrolysis for €399 instead of €599.

Unfortunately, it’s not alternating current 😉
but somehow it will work...
I managed to get a bargain, exactly!
But I was really frustrated with the service. I wanted to have it delivered and had arranged an appointment. Then the painters finished earlier than expected, and I wanted to move the appointment up. After what felt like 30 minutes on hold (no, it was the hold loop leading to the perfect contact person!!!), a lady finally said it wasn't possible, they never do that, and she wouldn’t even check.

An alternating current is always present.

The quality of service naturally depends on the individual employee. At my nearest furniture store, there is a customer service representative who stands out from the others by being less friendly and accommodating.

Hi,

The stove you purchased will be shipped directly from the furniture store. A delivery date was arranged on site with you and booked at your request in your presence. The delivery routes are planned accordingly and cannot be changed once you proceed to checkout. The trucks are loaded as efficiently as possible and do not run just for one customer but for several. Therefore, special requests are unfortunately not possible. The lady on the phone gave you the only possible answer to your question...

... and is now being criticized for it.

Hello,
I assume that the statement "that wouldn’t work, no one would ever do that, they wouldn’t even check it" was actually made. I would be very upset in that case as well. With your clearer explanation, Nayla, as to why it is not possible, it becomes easier to understand and accept. In this respect, the criticism is not entirely unjustified.
