Hello forum,
I bought a penthouse condominium and noticed that they glued the polystyrene panels onto partially damp Silka blocks. The stacks of panels were lying in a puddle. They just reached my kitchen, which is completely exposed like a small transformer house. Adhesive on water does not create a bond. Even a non-expert knows that. Since the panels are not mechanically fastened with anchors, areas like this will become hollow, and woodpeckers will be happy.
Is this a serious issue, or am I being too picky?
Good luck, Frank
