Hello everyone,
I have an unusual question:
Is there anyone within about 100 km (60 miles) of 46325 who has an LWZ 504 system that I could take a look at?
We (my wife, our young son, and I) are planning to install this system in our new build.
However, I’m worried that it might cause noise issues, or that there might not be enough space in the utility room, and so on.
It would be great to talk to someone who has installed a system like this.
Best regards

Hello,
unfortunately, I am too far away. However, I can reassure you that the system itself is very quiet. We had a better soundproof door installed in our utility room, so we no longer hear anything from the heating system. By the way, the photovoltaic inverter is louder than the heating system.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me; and please don’t forget to apply for the subsidy with the LWZ 504. You can get as much as 2000€ for it.
Best regardsOne more question about the subsidy:
At BAFA, I was told that I need an annual performance factor (seasonal coefficient of performance) of 4.5 to qualify for the subsidy.
From what I can see at first glance, the system doesn’t seem to achieve that?
Did he use one of the heat pump calculators available online? They usually show similar results. I have the figures directly from Tecalor/SE myself. And with those, I was able to get the subsidy. Has your builder installed this system before? It doesn't sound like it. It's important that the person installing it has some experience with it.
No, he has not installed this system explicitly yet. That’s why they are also in close contact with SE. The good news is that they will install the system in another building this week. So at least I won’t be the first.
They have also contacted SE again regarding the annual performance factor.
Yesterday, we laid the first row of bricks.
When I think about how many “mistakes” I have already prevented so far, I feel uneasy about what still lies ahead. -_-
