we are building a multi-family house with 7 residential units. Total living area is approximately 550m² (5,920 sq ft) including the basement.
We have a few questions regarding the costs:
- The energy consultant is asking for €10,000 for the energy demand calculation and energy-related construction supervision (of course, 50% is reimbursed by the KfW).
- The structural engineer is asking for €11,000 for the structural design.
What do you think about these prices? Are these costs realistic? We live in Bavaria.
