Was the manufacturer’s instructions for the oil followed?
The surface still looks a bit damp in the last photo. Perhaps the oil needs to soak in further and then be polished?

It also depends on whether you sanded the room with a machine and then did the edges where the machine couldn’t reach by hand or with another (smaller) machine. That’s what it looks like to me. Additionally, it seems like you wiped in different directions.
I think you’ll need to go over it again. Did you have color pigments in the oil?
In the overall shot, it looks like the floor only absorbed the product partially, creating a blotchy appearance.
My best experience has been with Osmo decorative wax; you can even apply it without sanding beforehand, and it holds up really well.

You can clearly see on the door track that the wiping was done in a different direction there. At first, I thought it was along the track, but apparently, it was removed beforehand? Or not?
where @pagoni2020 mentioned it: it could be that it wasn’t stirred properly or a dirty brush was used. You can clearly see where the wipe marks start.
