Dephateras16 Dec 2016 14:59Hey dear fans,
It has gotten to the point where I climb into bed nervously, hoping that no more slats break! 😳 We have a box spring bed with a relatively old slatted frame. I definitely need to have it replaced.
Now I wanted to ask you first what features are beneficial in a slatted frame. Adjustable or even electric? Has anyone had (more) experience that could help me? I urgently ask for your advice! 😕
Best regards, Depha

Dephateras16 Dec 2016 16:14Hello,
Personally, I think electric slatted bed bases are the best because you can adjust them however you want, and they are not as complicated as a regular one.
It’s best to buy one from a bed store, as they usually have more expertise in this area. Ikea, not so much 🙂

If so... where can you get the collector cards? Dephateras should know this 😀 😎

Pearouble19 Dec 2016 13:50I hope your question is serious?
If so, I would recommend the electric slatted frame. The electric model is currently the most advanced type of slatted bed base you can find. I also own an electric one and can say that the many different adjustment options are very comfortable. Above all, you don’t have to get out of bed to make adjustments. The manually adjustable ones are not really my thing… after a while, they tend to get stuck, which becomes annoying over time. So if you really have to choose something, I recommend an electric slatted frame. I didn’t really find what I was looking for at IKEA. As I said, I hope you are genuinely looking for something, otherwise I’ve put in effort for nothing. Feel free to get in touch if you have any updates!
