Hello everyone,
over time, the lying surface of my Ektorp has become uneven, slightly slanted or sagging at the top (head) and bottom (feet). Nothing is broken or damaged. I suspect it’s due to the aging plastic (wooden slats) or the straps. Ikea no longer offers repair services for this product, and I’m quite desperate... Any ideas from you?
