Elisa19544 Mar 2014 12:40I have been a huge fan of IKEA for many, many years. My favorite piece is a Lillberg armchair.
Recently, I moved, and to my dismay, the screws and the long metal rods that hold the chair together were lost. The IKEA store couldn’t help me, and my email to IKEA was also unsuccessful since the Lillberg series is no longer being produced.
Can anyone assist me? I would love to keep using my beloved armchair for a long time and would be very sad if I had to throw it away because of missing replacement parts.
Thank you very much!
Elisabeth

IKEA-Freund4 Mar 2014 13:14The long "metal rods" are cross nut bolts (available in a short version with one hole or longer versions with double holes) – see, for example,

Maybe IKEA is familiar with this name?
