I asked an online store if the decorative trim pieces are available as spare parts. They will check directly with Geberit.
I’m waiting for a reply...I’m very interested in the answer, although I don’t have high hopes.
So far, my plumber is also avoiding the issue.
I’m joining the forum right away on this topic.
In our case, both the large and small trim strips came off within a few weeks after moving in, and even with superglue they only stayed on for a few weeks each time.
We have the panel in matte silver. After filing a complaint with Geberit and sending photos, they at least sent us two replacements. But that was already two years ago. I replaced one a few weeks ago. I hope the quality of the trim strips is better now. We have the panel installed in both the main bathroom and the guest bathroom, and both had this problem very quickly...

After replacing the Sigma 30 flush plate in the guest bathroom at the end of December 2020, the small strip came off again last week. Using superglue, it stays attached for a few months. Most likely, the large strip will come off in the meantime...
Today, I replaced the flush plate in the bathroom, where both (already glued) strips have come off again.
Is it really the case that you have to re-glue these small strips every few months? For a price of 80 euros, I find this to be very poor quality. After 3 years, the glued flush plates will need to be replaced...
Do you have any tips?
The flush buttons should be square and from Geberit.
