Hello everyone,
we will have our screed installed next week. Today, the laundry chute was installed. Since the pipe riser is right next to it, there is naturally an air gap around the laundry pipe.

What should be used to fill the gap to achieve the best possible sound insulation? PU foam and then screed around it on top?

The main important thing is that the pipe is largely decoupled from walls and floors. Then, communication can only take place unencrypted, end to end.

Mineral wool! Expanding foam is not good.

Even if it is not 100 percent soundproof, laundry doesn’t fall down there all day long, just briefly once in a while....

You’ve already described how to achieve good sound insulation. Air is already good. Definitely avoid screed or construction foam; if you use screed, only do so with edge insulation strips. It’s best to add mineral wool as well if you want.
