Hello everyone,
Can someone help me with this? It can’t be normal for a heating system to make this much noise, or that there’s no way to fix it.
The sound transmits through the walls, so you can hear it throughout the entire room. You can both hear and “feel” it. It vibrates slightly. Especially at night, the low-frequency humming is unbearable when trying to fall asleep. Is something broken or incorrectly installed? Or even worse, is this noise normal? The noise cycles at regular intervals. In the video, you can clearly hear it at these timestamps: 0:15, 0:27, 0:55

As mentioned, the bedroom is directly above. I moved in about three weeks ago, and I’m already considering selling the apartment.
Unfortunately, both the property management and the homeowners’ association are completely incompetent (the property manager/developer is also an owner). Since I’m the only one affected by the noise, nobody else seems to care.
I’ve reached the point where I just hit the emergency stop switch because I can always reach it, especially when it gets unbearable at night. However, it has now been covered over with tape so it’s not so easy to switch off anymore. Maybe someone here has a solution. Please feel free to comment here or directly under the video I recently recorded.
By the way, SOLARWORLD doesn’t seem to care about this either.
