dhd82Hello everyone,
We have decided to equip our roof (east/west orientation) with a photovoltaic system.
Finding an installer has been quite difficult; almost everyone wanted to offer me a 9.9 kWh (9.9 kW) system with a storage battery, which I politely declined.
We want to make the most efficient use of the roof, which results in something around 25 kWp (25 kW peak), and we are now looking for an installer from the Münsterland region or a nationwide installer. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Dennis

Under 10 kW is straightforward.
Install or retrofit the meter setup, replace with another meter — done.
Starting from 10 kW, an additional meter slot solely for the PV system is required at 100% capacity. So, probably a new meter cabinet.
From 30 kW — a small transformer system is needed, requiring even more space.

Hello,
thank you for the suggestions.
I already have a bidirectional meter and a free slot for an additional meter in the cabinet. So no modifications are necessary.
Since I want to operate the photovoltaic system as economically as possible, full capacity is planned. A battery storage is not desired.
The only obstacle at the moment is that I can’t find a solar installer for this.

It’s currently “only” failing because I can’t find a solar installer for it.That’s definitely not the issue. I can even recommend a solar installer from the "East" who offers small systems at reasonable prices nationwide. Try searching for Clensolar.
Solar installers generally welcome larger projects. There will be some catch with your situation.
