I don’t quite understand either. Is this about the roof covering of a municipal utility building/hospital, etc.?
There are general contractor prices that are outrageous, but THIS?
For about 2,000 sq m (21,528 sq ft) and if the standard cheapest tile/brick is included, it would be reasonable.
I suspect the roof is closer to 150 sq m (1,615 sq ft) and the price is more like 13 times overpriced?
