Hello everyone,

In my house, which is currently under construction, there are small cracks visible on the roof beams.
I have attached photos of them.

Are these cracks serious, and should anything be done about them? Or are they harmless and normal?

Regards,
Jens

This is construction-grade solid timber. Such cracks are normal. Wood naturally undergoes movement over time. Therefore, enter without a helmet.

It is obvious that torn banknotes were used to make the payment here... time to consult a lawyer 😉
