Hello everyone,
we have received the draft design for our house from the builder. The gross floor areas (with a 1m (3.3 ft) knee wall) of the children’s rooms are 14m² (150 sq ft), and the master bedroom is 16m² (172 sq ft).
Is that sufficient? Somehow, I can’t really picture it and am feeling uncertain.
Thank you very much for your help!

How cool is that?!
THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH!!!
This would fit perfectly! This is a nice layout and a lovely bathroom (despite the T-shaped solution )
however, I would swap the toilet and shower, since you are more likely to miss having a window in the toilet than in the shower.
The ironing/guest room is now ideally located – it would be really practical if the washing machine and dryer were also placed there. Most laundry is generated on the sleeping floor, and especially with small children, you spend a lot of time upstairs. This way, you avoid carrying laundry across the whole house.
