ᐅ Site plan of utility lines, routing for multiple service corridors

Hello forum,

I hope I am posting my question in the right subforum:

I contacted the utility providers quite early. They all referred me to this year.

Now I have applied for the multi-utility connection for electricity, water, and telecommunications.

Question: Does the architect need to plan the exact routing of the lines on the property, or is that done by the utility providers?

We don’t have any plan for the routing of the lines to the house, but I believe the architect should have done that.

Or not?

In our case, the utility providers did this in coordination with us.
