Deliverer31 Jan 2017 15:37Manual operation, because with an eccentric handle there is a protruding knob that can be in the way when turned off and collects dirt.
The function is quite simple: press the dirt strainer down --> closed. Slightly lift the strainer up again --> drain open.

toxicmolotof31 Jan 2017 21:26The first thing to break in a kitchen after x years (x = any number between 1 and 20) is the eccentric cam. It’s not very expensive to repair, but it can be annoying (or sometimes no longer available).
