we have just received an offer for our roof structure.
4500 euros (total price). What do you think about the price?

Single-family house
Classic gable roof without dormers
Two skylights
Roof area 170 m² (1830 sq ft).

What exactly is included in this 4500€? Delivery and installation of the roof truss including battens with underlay membrane, sealing tape for nails, counter battens, S10 roof battens, wedge-shaped eaves boards, verge and bargeboards, cornices, etc.?

Yes, exactly what is included in all of that? At that price, I would guess it’s just the roof frame and the assembly!
