Hello everyone,
we are currently considering whether it would be practical to integrate the garage into the house.
The garden should face south. We are somewhat uncertain about the size of the garage and whether it really needs to be that large. An alternative location for the garage could be the right corner on the drawing near the 11.5, close to the sidewalk. The designs are ours.

Interesting idea, I will show it to my wife tomorrow right away. Thanks

One more question: when you enter the house, there is a restroom on the right and a wardrobe opposite it; the next room past the wardrobe would be a storage room. Is that correct?

Something like this. But for now, these are just placeholders. However, there are rooms like the cloakroom and storage or utility room that do not necessarily require natural light. In theory, you have a detached house. The secondary space in my sketch is relatively generous and could be reduced. However, the rooms on the upper floor also need sufficient area… The stairwell is also oversized.
Alternative

We also do not know your space requirements because you have not read the pinned thread.

Basically: the garage should be removed for this plot, as the house width does not allow for it.

AB stands for storage room, yes.

I find it fascinating how Yvonne always manages to do it so well. Respect! 🙂

You just need a pen, a relaxed hand, some 3D visualization in your mind, and a tool that converts the sketch into black and white, so it looks like pencil drawing :p
