This large house is not feasible within the budget. If you build cheaply, 500,000 plus additional construction costs, then you were really economical. However, the floor plan has enough room to reduce costs without causing any major issues. It feels oversized.
The entrance hall is much too large, and I find the kitchen layout inconvenient. The two kitchen work areas are too far apart.
I like the table.
Is there going to be a pool table placed between the living and dining areas? That seems like too much space.
The utility/technical room is far too small.
Try drawing in the ventilation system, fuse box, main connections, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, laundry basket.
Currently, there isn’t even a shelf for Christmas decorations, tools, etc.
The walk-in closet is huge.
Is there a missing wall in the bedroom?
Only one child’s bedroom?
No bathtub?
I would plan a utility room on the upper floor.
