Development Plan / Restrictions
Plot size: 636 sqm (6,846 sq ft)
Number of parking spaces: 2
Number of floors: 2
Roof type: Gable roof
Architectural style: Industrial style
Orientation: Garden southeast
Maximum height: 9.5 m (31 ft)
Client Requirements
Industrial style, no basement, preferably a partially open roof structure above the children’s rooms and staircase (still needs adjustment), staircase should not be visible from the front door, open and high rooms, efficient use of space, children’s rooms should not be too large (a matter of preference)
Number of occupants: 4–5
Home office mandatory
Open architecture
Open kitchen with island
House Design
- Architect
What do you particularly like?
The existing layout, storage space under the stairs, three possible children’s rooms, bay window in the living room, exposed steel beams in the kitchen and living room, textured clinker brick facade, overall style of the house
What do you not like?
So far, there is no natural light in the stairwell, which is why there is a desire for a partially open roof structure
Preferred heating system:
Geothermal
Why is the design as it is now?
The architect has fully followed our specifications and wishes
What is the most important/fundamental question about the floor plan?
Would a partially open roof structure be possible? Do you have any experience with this? Do you have alternatives to Wittmunder torfbruch clinker? If yes, where did you get yours?

You didn’t just have the photos removed; you had all your posts taken down as well. In my opinion, this makes the thread pointless because nothing can be followed anymore, and there’s no need to artificially revive it now.
If the context is missing from the very first reading, people won’t continue reading.
I’m asking @admin why he agreed to this.
And I’m asking you why you want to bring it back to life now. Don’t we already have a house photo thread?
Well, I like this extension and the internal construction in the living room; the wall with the stair base that is supposed to welcome me when I enter is not really my thing.
Still, I wish you a lot of enjoyment in your house—it seems you like it, and that’s what matters.

But you can just let your thread rest, then no one will be interested anymore, and it becomes a forum ghost.
What you’re doing now is inconsistent – you’re a new user here and fittingly for Halloween, you’re waking this ghost up. Nothing can be followed or understood.
In the end, I don’t really mind, but it had to be said. Have a nice weekend.

In the end, I don’t really care, but it needed to be said. Have a nice weekend. That’s definitely me, it would be kind if you could contact the admin accordingly. Then this can be deleted.
My intention was really just to provide an update for those who were interested earlier. Please excuse my request and thank you for your help with deleting this, if you assist me.

Smialbuddler31 Oct 2020 16:48@spochtsfreund As someone also new to this, and despite the probably justified criticism from @ypg, I still want to say that I just looked at your pictures with interest. Even without much context, they can still offer inspiration—after all, Pinterest is also quite random. So—thanks for sharing the pictures and enjoy your stylish new home!
