I have a question for you regarding silicate-dispersion paint (Exposol silicate paint Bosshard) white for interior use, or white dispersion paint for interior walls.
My painter told me that stains are harder to remove from walls painted with silicate paint, meaning that wiping them with a sponge would leave streaks visible, while dispersion paint is less problematic in this regard. Because of this, I was leaning towards dispersion paint and had a plaster applied using a dispersion-based mix with marble sand and color pigments instead of a mineral plaster that would have included potassium water glass, which is suitable for silicate paint curing.
It would still be possible to apply silicate-dispersion paint on the current plaster, so I wanted to ask if any of you have noticed difficulties in removing stains from silicate-dispersion paint?
Thank you for your feedback.
