ᐅ Deactivation Issue with Ikea Välgjord Dishwasher

Our kitchen is only six months old, so it’s still under warranty.
But I thought I’d ask here first, maybe there’s a simple tip to fix this.
Since yesterday, our dishwasher (Välgjord) has been running constantly.
It can’t be turned off using the On/Off switch.
Of course, we’ve already tried resetting it.
The drain pump keeps running, even when the door is open. Only unplugging the power cord stops it.
You can select programs, but only the pump runs and the countdown timer doesn’t change.
If I pour water into the pump, it drains perfectly.
Does anyone have any advice? Otherwise, I’ll probably call customer service.

If the pump runs continuously, the float switch in the sump pit has been triggered. Most likely, you have water in the sump pit...

PS: Dry it out and find the cause...

Had the same issue with VÄLGJORD.
Three attempts by the technician didn't solve the problem.
Almost the entire interior was replaced until Ikea eventually suggested collecting the machine and refunding the purchase price. We agreed to this, and the dishwasher was picked up on August 14, 2018. Unfortunately, the purchase price has still not been refunded despite several inquiries... Ikea — never again.
