Hey,
I'm currently thinking about how to create a shelf in the shower. The shower will be 90x120cm (35x47 inches) with a long glass panel at the front and a short one on the left side. The back is the long wall, and the right side is the short wall. The shower valve will be on the short wall on the right. I’ve seen that Schlüter offers the Shelf WS, which can be integrated into the grout joint between the tiles. You could position shelves on two levels to the left of the valve. This way, you wouldn’t bump into them like you might if they were installed on the long wall, for example.
Does anyone have experience with this or maybe even has it installed, or perhaps other ideas to suggest?
Thanks!

We also bought corner-mounted stainless steel shelves that can be tiled over from eBay and had them installed by the tiler.
In the downstairs toilet, there are two shelves stacked in one corner, and in the main bathroom, there are also two stacked shelves but in two different corners. At 1 meter by 1 meter (3.3 feet by 3.3 feet), nothing gets knocked over there.
The larger lower shelf holds about 3-4 bottles. The smaller one holds 2-3 bottles or other small items like a razor, etc...

We had a metal strip installed in the corner joint of the children’s showers and then tiled over. It looks good and is sturdy – the tiler had a great idea.I’m interested! Would you like to send a picture?Similar topics
