ZwuselSepp18 Apr 2019 09:27Hello community,
I’m having some difficulties with renovation plans in my very small bathroom. I want to replace the bathtub with a shower.
The problem is that on the left side above the toilet there is a single-leaf window that opens from the left. I want to avoid replacing it (condominium). The height from the floor to the window sill is 86 cm (34 inches), the window is 142 cm (56 inches) high, and the lintel is 24 cm (9.5 inches). One of my challenges is the possible fixing points.
I’m attaching planning sketches. Has anyone had similar considerations and good solution suggestions? That would help me a lot :-)
Best regards,
Zwusel

Dertill already had an idea here
And then the question arises, what has become of your considerations.

ZwuselSepp5 May 2019 22:29Hello,
Now I’ve made some progress. The tiles and the bathtub are removed 🙂
I’m thinking of installing a folding semicircular shower enclosure on the left side (next to the sink) and placing the washing machine behind it on the left.
I found folding shower doors that open inward and attach to the wall. The problem is that these are over 95 cm (37 inches) wide. A width of 90 cm (35 inches) would be completely sufficient for me.
Does anyone know of a smaller alternative for a shower screen?
Best regards
