Hello everyone,
I hope you can help me with your expertise and hopefully give us some peace of mind again:
A trusted expert who accompanied us during the handover (from an external developer) mentioned that there is probably no sealing sleeve on the shower fixture or that it was apparently removed during installation. However, the tiler has provided photo documentation showing that it is present/visible. The plumber also confirmed that it is installed and said, "You can clearly see that it’s there, it’s very neatly done. I also used a hybrid sealant as an additional sealing layer. Nothing can leak through." The yellow part you can see is the drip casing with an angle connector. Something like this:

According to the plumber, the sealing sleeve was installed in this way. The site manager from the developer says that the tradespeople can generally be trusted.
Here are some pictures; I tried to take close-up shots as clearly as possible (the rosette was unscrewed accordingly from the thread) – what do you think?

Thank you very much – we’re really worried right now about whether we can use the shower or not. We are moving in already.

the orange item in the picture above is not a sealing collar. A sealing collar is a kind of mat that creates the transition to the liquid waterproofing around the built-in unit.
Your photos don’t provide any clarity either, as a sealing collar is hidden under the tiles. The installer sealed the area around the tile cutout with silicone. Even if no collar was installed, nothing is likely to happen there, especially since it is the wall anyway.
To prove this, a photo is needed from before the tiles were installed, showing the waterproofing applied on the floor and the wall.
Best regards
