Hello,
we still need a few pleated blinds for our ground floor, so we’re wondering how reliable the current adhesive methods are. Or is it still the case that screws are the only long-lasting option to prevent the blinds from falling down during the summer? After all, the holes for the screws aren’t that big, right? Or could there possibly be a concern about moisture or something similar?
Thanks for your information and suggestions.

We have wooden windows indoors and have drilled or screwed all the pleated blinds. I would definitely do it that way again. It holds well, and unlike gluing, when you remove it, you only have a small hole in the wood. This can be easily repaired. With gluing, there is a risk that after a few years, the wood might be pulled out completely.
