Hello.
I am interested to know whether the following documents/reports are provided by the installer.
The house was handed over turnkey by the builder.

- Flushing report for the pipes (stainless steel)
- Impression test report for the pipes (press fittings)
- Hydraulic balancing report for the underfloor heating

I have asked several installers, and opinions vary. Some say, "Yes, of course we automatically provide these to the builder." Others say, "No, unless specifically requested by the builder."

Is there any legal regulation regarding this?

Thank you very much.

You are buying a part of a house from the developer. They may provide you with reports, but as far as I know, this is not legally required. It is similar to buying a car. You receive the car itself, but not the engine test report or something similar for your vehicle.

Uah... reading through all your threads here, one is relieved not to have sold you an apartment... No offense, but sometimes you can be a bit too precise.

If it’s supposed to be complete, a test report for the waste water drainage pipe is also required.
Pressure test with 0.5 bar (7.25 psi).
Not a joke.
Then there’s also the report with documentation for the grounding.
The last one is an absolute must.

I don’t think it’s necessary to specifically mention the inspection report for the completed electrical system; that goes without saying. Everyone knows that, right?
