Since the exterior wall of the existing property is not perfectly vertical, there is a gap of 5mm (0.2 inches) at the bottom between the terrace door and the wall, and nearly 1.5cm (0.6 inches) at the top edge. It is sealed with compressed sealing tape.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can plaster the exterior reveal so that it remains vapor-permeable on the outside?
