Hello everyone,
I have a question about the sequence of work. Our shell construction is completed. Is the following process correct, as we are coordinating everything through self-management?
* Windows are ordered
* Utility connections will be installed in week 38
* Insulating the roof
Once windows and doors are installed, then:
* Rough-in electrical/plumbing/heating
* Installing interior window sills
* Interior and exterior plastering
* Screed
* Electrical/heating installation
* Fireplace
* Tiling
* Flooring

When is the ceiling on the upper floor covered with drywall (gypsum board), and when is the attic ladder installed?

Thanks

Drywall was installed before the screed and plaster; the floor ceiling was basically finished, only the staircase was missing. The staircase was installed at the very end. If you have a Velux window in the attic, you should also keep it open during drying. Karsten

The utility connections will be installed next week. Although the shell is not yet closed, I have secured the technical room in the basement with a construction door for the main service panel.
The room where the connections will be installed only needs to be lockable.
