Good morning everyone,
We are currently in the process of building our house. The shell construction is mostly finished now, and the roof is largely covered.
This week, I visited the site with a friend, and he asked me if it’s correct that there is no ventilation for the wastewater pipes planned in the ceiling. Since I’m quite a beginner when it comes to these topics, I’m turning to you now:
Should I be concerned that nothing has been planned for ventilation in the ceiling so far? Are there any "modern" solutions where ventilation doesn’t have to go through the ceiling, or should I have a serious talk with my architect/planner?
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Regards,
Ock
