ᐅ Install a garage on a paved foundation or paved surface

Hello,
I heard that there are garages that can be placed on a paved base, basically on top of the paved driveway.
A foundation is poured at the four corners.
Has anyone had experience with this?

This is common and even promoted as an advantage, saying "snow and moisture drain away faster." Still, I personally did not want it.
