Hello everyone,
During my lighting planning, I noticed that several outlets are connected in series. So, with one switch, I activate two or three outlets. This means the cables were simply extended to the next outlet. Unfortunately, at the time of purchase, I no longer had any influence on the electrical installation. I would like to make the individual outlets dimmable separately. Does anyone know an easy way to do this without installing new cables?
Good luck

"Smart" lamps/light bulbs

Not enough information, but yes, with lamps from various manufacturers that have built-in wireless receivers, many things are possible.

Sorry, there are busbars at the outlets, and now two busbars are being controlled by one switch, which was not the intended purpose of the different busbars. I was hoping it might be possible to achieve this using a switch, maybe a two-way switch? Is there any possibility?

Without an up-to-date wiring diagram, this won’t work. You would need to examine on-site exactly how the wiring has been done and how it is actually intended.

Otherwise, with busbar trunking systems, it is usually possible to install so-called “smart lamps.”

If not only a three-core cable but, for example, a five-core cable has been installed, the second busbar could be connected to another free phase and then switched.
