Hello everyone,
we are considering using the cast flooring from Senso. We really like the look and feel of the floor. However, we are interested in everyday experiences, especially regarding its sensitivity.
Additionally, we want to have the bathrooms, including the walls, done by Senso. If anyone has this: Is it really as low-maintenance as promised? Have there been any issues with waterproofing?
Thank you very much!

How does Senso differ?

Costruttrice2 Nov 2021 13:26The application process is similar; I believe the difference lies in the ingredients and the distribution system.
Pandomo is cement-based, whereas Senso is based on biopolymers.
Senso is only available through their branches, which also send their own installation teams. With Pandomo, you choose a craftsman or company nearby as the installer, who must have the necessary licenses and training. There are sometimes several options from different trades in the area (painters/floor installers).
We were immediately convinced by the feel of Senso, although we haven’t directly compared it with Pandomo. We hope that with Senso’s own installation teams, who do nothing else but apply this flooring, the floor will ultimately look exactly like the sample.
I’ll be happy to report back once it is installed, whenever that may be.

Hello, I came across this forum because I want to find out about the prices for Senso.
Can anyone help me understand what kind of costs to expect?
Also, would anyone like to share their initial experiences? Installation with the provider, communication, etc.?
Thank you very much!

Thank you!We received a quote at the end of 2021, and the prices ranged between €150 and €200 per sq m (approximately $14 to $19 per sq ft). You also have to install at least 100 sq m (about 1,076 sq ft).
