we are planning to buy a semi-detached house (6m x 10.5m (20ft x 34ft)) on a 260m² (2800ft²) plot from a developer, and as a layperson I’m currently facing the issue that the terrace must face a side street due to the southwest orientation, please see the attachment.
How can I best position the parking spaces/carport, main entrance, etc., so that:
A: the garden area is preserved as much as possible
B: there is optimal privacy from the front
I would really appreciate any recommendations or examples.
