I think it’s awesome!!Is this an April Fools’ comment? Otherwise, please explain what exactly is so great about it. As I said, my main criticism is that the house looks like it was designed by a third party for an unknown client, meaning there is N-O-T-H-I-N-G to indicate that the interested family can see themselves reflected in it.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

No April Fools’ joke, @11ant. Personally, I like it open. Of course, it’s a matter of taste. The suggestions from [USER=17818]@kaho674 about leaving out the office are worth considering. And yes, the access from the utility room is awkward, but maybe practical. Adding a few doors as suggested by [USER=46925]@RomeoZwo and planning accordingly, I’d move in. I’m completely serious, really no April Fools’ joke. Will the construction costs of 350,000 euros be enough?

Of course, it’s a matter of personal taste. This is a highly marketable property, one that can find buyers as easily as a proverbial hot bun (bread roll, bread bun, roll). What “bothers” me is just that it looks like a generic “offer to the unknown” rather than a house tailored for the specific family @Amoo1905.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

Thank you all for your great ideas. They mean a lot to me. The architect has basically implemented everything we wanted. He also presented us with two options, and we preferred this one because we wanted something different. Is that it? Are you not going to participate in the discussion at all? What about the suggestions?
