ᐅ Looking for a specification text for a concrete slab foundation

the construction phase is just around the corner, and I have a few questions.

I want to get quotes for the foundation slab and am looking for suitable wording. I’m doing a lot of the work on the house myself, but I want to stay away from the foundation slab 🙂

Can anyone help?

Are you building entirely without an architect or developer? Is there no construction manager?
A text like that for a tender can’t really be put together quickly without structural calculations. There are quite a few items to consider.

Or: 1 piece of foundation slab according to structural calculations 😉
