ᐅ Looking for the order number for the cable management accessory for the Ikea Besta TV unit.

Hello,
we bought a Besta TV unit in 2014 (1.20 m long (4 feet)) . At that time, the back of the unit had a stepped cutout at the top where a cable management accessory could be installed. This accessory covered the cutout and included several slots through which cables could be routed out of sight.
However, we made the mistake of not purchasing the cable management accessory together with the main furniture piece but planned to buy it separately later – now. Since then, the design of the TV unit with the same name has changed, and such cable management accessories are no longer available; now there are only holes in the TV unit.
We wanted to order 1–2 cable management parts as replacements, but even two IKEA employees were unable to find the order number.
Question: Can anyone help us find the order number? Does anyone perhaps still have the assembly instructions for the Besta TV unit from 2014? It might also include the cable management accessory with its order number.

Hello, the bank wasn’t available without purchasing the ventilation grilles. Or are you referring to the Uppleva TV mount?
