Hi,
I own a Massa house built in 1981. So far, so good...
Due to a construction project, I now need the structural engineering documents for the roof.
However, I bought the house second-hand and unfortunately don’t have any detailed plans, especially no structural drawings.
On the copy of the floor plan that I at least have, the house type is unfortunately not identifiable...
The project number starts with 752...
Does anyone have any idea how I can proceed?
Thanks,
Jan

The manufacturer still exists and should be able to (re)identify their models. There will of course be a building file at the building authority, because regardless of whether the project is "finished" or not, there must have been a building permit/planning permission with structural safety certification.

Hello again,
I have already inquired with the prefabricated house company...
The reply was: project files are deleted after 10 years, so no information is available...
Not very helpful...
But I will follow up on the idea with the building authority / planning office – thanks for the suggestion.
See you,
Jan
