we are planning to build a prefabricated house in the near future. We have already had several discussions, for example with the company Allkauf Haus. On Sunday, we will have a consultation meeting with the company Massa Haus.

I have had the opportunity several times to prepare building permit applications for this option, as well as to assist and support homeowners during the construction process in the region you mentioned.

It is also interesting to see where this ultimately leads financially and what you actually get for it. It is important, in the end, not to base a potential financing amount solely on the building costs mentioned here...

I assume this option became a topic because of the advertised price?

Regarding the mentioned providers – both are part of Deutsche Fertighaus Holding – you should carefully consider whether you have the time to complete the interior work of your house yourself, as most homeowners underestimate the effort involved; whether you have the necessary knowledge; and whether you can rely on professional guidance – definitely important when it comes to Massa Haus. A tow hitch wouldn’t hurt either 😉. Please also include the additional information from BauLine in your considerations.
