Hello, is it possible to seal floor-to-ceiling windows on the inside at the lower section (between the base plate and the window) with EPDM foil to make them windproof?
I planned to use EPDM for sealing because I have brackets at the bottom and want to coat the foil with bitumen afterward.
Is there anything that would speak against this?

I think we're talking past each other. Regardless of the floor level, the frame/support system is below the floor in floor-to-ceiling windows. Otherwise, the glass couldn’t reach all the way to the floor. Do you have frames? Probably yes. The glass doesn’t reach the floor. So, it’s not really a floor-to-ceiling window.

But you are talking about the slab to the window??? Did you mean the ceiling to the window?

The issue was about sealing. It depends on the installation situation. But sealing can also be done from the outside. Take a look at Sika. They have the right materials.

Yes, that was my mistake, I meant the gap from the concrete ceiling to the window frame.
