Hello everyone,
I have a question for the experts.
As shown in the picture, there is groundwater in my soakaway pit, which only flows in when the groundwater level is very high, like it is right now. The water always comes in at the corner in the upper left, very slowly but steadily, until it reaches about 20 cm (8 inches) in height.
The construction company did a poor job here because I can push through the corner with a rod, meaning the corner wasn’t properly concreted together with the sidewall.
I have already tried several times to seal the corner but haven’t succeeded. I used a rubber mortar (a two-component sealing mortar for all kinds of waterproofing) from the company MEM Bauchemie. I applied it at least three times, but unfortunately it does not seal.

So my question is: how can I solve this problem?
I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions to fix this issue.

Best regards

Dieter
