Hello,
In my opinion, this does not even qualify as a defect. The damaged area is clearly outside the visible field and, compared to the usual viewing distance and angle, is hardly noticeable.
There is a kind of touch-up pen with a film-like coating that can be used to repair small scratches. However, in my view, your window installer probably won’t do this.
I can understand your concerns, though. When buying an apartment, the opinions of construction companies or developers and buyers often differ (speaking from experience on the construction company side). Fortunately, there are standards in place and ideally an expert present during handover who can clarify these discussions immediately.
Best regards,
Jann
